RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Nailah Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to initiate a return or request a refund, please review our policy below for a smooth process.
30-Day Return Policy:
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request.
Initiating a Return:
- To start a return, please contact us at ceonailah@gmail.com.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards are ineligible for returns.
Exchanges:
- For the fastest resolution, return the item you wish to exchange, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
- If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved return and you have not received your refund, contact us at ceonailah@gmail.com.
